WHISSLY SHIPPING POLICY

At Whissly, we are committed to delivering premium pet products to your door with care and efficiency. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, ensuring your pet's comfort is just days away.

Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom only. We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including remote areas and offshore islands (additional transit time may apply to remote locations).

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

  • Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Sunday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.

  • Transit time: 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Sunday).

  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 15 business days.

We partner with the following trusted carriers for deliveries within the United Kingdom:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • Evri (formerly Hermes)

  • Yodel

The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and the size of your items to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: All orders within the United Kingdom qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement. We believe every pet deserves premium comfort without extra shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey on our Order Tracking page or by logging into your Whissly account.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:

  • Delayed packages

  • Lost or missing items

  • Damaged products upon arrival

  • Delivery to incorrect address

Safe Place Delivery

If you will not be home to receive your delivery, you can leave instructions for the carrier to leave your package in a safe place (such as a porch or with a neighbor). Please note that once left in your designated safe place, responsibility for the package transfers to you.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed, our carrier will leave a card with instructions. Packages are typically held at the local depot for 7-14 days before being returned to us. If your package is returned, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply for reshipment).
